Quick, Easy Recipes

For whatever reason this week, I had only random items in for dinner and didn't know what to cook so I looked up a few new recipes. If you're like me and have no time to cook (or are too tired) you'll love them because there's very little prep. Here are the ones I tried and really liked.

Pork Chops
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and cumin and place in a frying pan with some olive oil. Cook about 5mins on each side or until there's no more pink.

I really enjoyed this because it was different from the traditional way of cooking pork chops, so easy, and it came out really tender.

Chicken Cutlet
Slice chicken into squares, season with McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning and throw in a frying pan with some olive oil.

Tastes like something you get at a restaurant. Goes well on top of pasta.

Chicken Breasts
Put a can of Cream of Mushroom soup, one can of water, and 3/4 cup of UNCOOKED rice in a pyrex dish. Place chicken (seasoned with salt and pepper) on top and cook for about 45mins.

The rice comes out really creamy and it's so easy.

Feel free to share any easy recipes you or your family enjoys!
