Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

I know I shared this recipe on facebook, but I wanted to share it here too. Overall, it made soft and chewy cookies just like it said. However, I would stress to use a good quality peanut butter like JIF all-natural and use 1 cup and a half for more peanut butter taste. My only complaint was that it was a time consuming cookie; you have to refrigerate the dough for an hour (like sugar cookies) and then roll the dough into little balls and press them with a fork. For that reason, I will probably only make these once a year at Christmas time. Family loved them!

  3. My mom's sugar cookie recipe doesn't involve the dough being chilled if you'd like it. The only dough I've ever chilled it snickerdoodle cookies which just happen to be Ryan's favorite.
