I know I shared this recipe on facebook, but I wanted to share it here too. Overall, it made soft and chewy cookies just like it said. However, I would stress to use a good quality peanut butter like JIF all-natural and use 1 cup and a half for more peanut butter taste. My only complaint was that it was a time consuming cookie; you have to refrigerate the dough for an hour (like sugar cookies) and then roll the dough into little balls and press them with a fork. For that reason, I will probably only make these once a year at Christmas time. Family loved them!
