Still the Best Day of my Life

I can't believe we've been married four years already! I didn't think it was possible then, but I love Chris even more today than I did then. Our love for each other has only grown over the years and expanded with each additional child :)

Many people have a really negative view of marriage (they put it off for years and years). A lot people have told me that marriage ruined their life. If that's the case, you married the wrong person! We're happily married and it not "just an act." Have we had hard times? Absolutely. I know I don't share that side of me as much on my blog, but we've had tough times, worries, fights too.
We've had so many happy times though. I couldn't have asked for a better husband and our family has been SO blessed. We talk about everything (well I do most of the talking and Chris the listening, haha!) We spend time together cuddling every morning and night without the kids. Did you know that couples that cuddle for at least 10 mins a day have lower blood pressure? Funny, but true.
We pray and attend Mass together as a family. We forgive each other.
I hope we have many more years together. I love you, Chris!

  1. Congrats Marjorie and Chris! Your relationship sounds a lot like mine with Jason (especially when it comes to who talks and who listens). Getting married to Jason was easily the best thing I've done with my life, partly because he supports all the other things I want to do! We are so excited to welcome Elliott into our family, and it's nice to have a marriage like yours to look to. :)
