What We Got for Christmas

I did all my shopping online (everything is linked in case anyone is interested in any of the products). We each received 2 gifts. The kids receive so many gifts from our parents and family members, we figured it would be best to scale back. Santa brought Christopher Siddeley the Spy Jet and the game Mr. Pencil for his Leap Pad Tablet (the computer was a gift from Gran).
Andrew got Mack and a Shake and Go Mater. He also got a Leap Pad Tablet from Gran.
I got a MAC lipstick "Shy Girl" and lip gloss "Partial to Pink."
Duke got a new bed and toy.
I scored awesome stocking stuffers for the boys from $1 Tree. They are super into Cars 1 & 2.
The boys also got Thomas Gold Mine Rush and Misty Island Rescue set from Chris' Aunt Joanne.
Chris got the Ab Wheel and golf shoes which I don't have a picture of. Anyway just wanted to share the goods we got....more Christmas posts to come. I apologize for being so late :/

  1. My little man got Siddeley the air plane, and he loves it! It's one of the only toys he plays with now.

  2. I didn't know Chris golfs. That is really neat. How long has he been? Late... you are always so on time! I seriously have posts to do that are a year old. I have no idea how you do all you do!

  6. I like the low number of presents. Probably makes more time for memories and gratitude. :)

  7. I wanna know about your camera gear! What did Evie get? We'll probably do the same with gifts when we have kids, esp. if the grandparents are the spoiling kind :)

  9. I like your idea of two gifts per person. Ryan and I went over the top this year and have already decided to NOT do that next year. We are limiting ourselves significantly next year.

  10. Ania- We didn't get anything for Evie, but my MIL got her beautiful clothes which I have to do a post about. She got a Bitty (American Girl) from my parents and lots of rattles/chewing toys. I got a new lens, but it really wasn't a "Christmas present." I plan to pay it back like I did with my camera.

Abigail & Sarah- You wouldn't believe how much less stressful before and after Christmas was. I really enjoyed it more being selective rather than overwhelmed.
