I started week 3 today and I already see progress! Here are my measurements:
Upper Middle Lower
Week 1 1.75 2 1
Week 2 1 1.5 .50
In addition to the gaps closing up, I've also noticed they are not as deep. I'm not sure if I lost any inches around my waist because I didn't take any measurements, but I have noticed that my jeans are a little looser around the waist. So far, so good!
