Frizz Ease Hair Serum

I'm really selective about hair and makeup products. I won't buy one product till I finish another, I'm a minimalist when it comes to stuff like that (don't want too many things in my cabinets). Anyway, a few months ago I purchased Frizz Ease Heat Defeat. It's a light spray you mist on hair before using heat products. It definitely protected my hair. I noticed that I was going to get a hair cut pretty often just to cut off heat damaged ends before I started using this product. My only compliant was that it didn't really help straighten my hair. In fact, the mist made it somewhat frizzy at the roots of my hair.

Last week, I finished the bottle so I decided to try something new. I picked up Frizz Ease Hair Serum. I followed the directions exactly: apply to soaking wet hair. Then I brushed it lightly and let it air dry before straightening. At first I was really disappointed, my hair looked frizzy. After air drying and straightening though, it was so smooth!! My hair feels like silk! Today is day two that I didn't wash my hair and it's still looking and feeling good. My only compliant is that you have to apply it to soaking wet hair. I never have time to shower in the morning. I do like that it contains UV protectant so I have a heat protectant and straightening product in one.

What's your favorite straightening product?

  1. Believe it or not I wake up with perfectly straight hair, but of course wouldn't you know it, I want curly hair!!!!!! I may get another perm here soon.

  2. I have pretty straight hair, so I don't use anything, but I do have major frizz issues with high humidity. I tend to use Arbonne products for all my hair and makeup because they are all natural. I'm pretty happy with the hair line.
